The New York State Unified Court System is seeking a
Senior Court Analyst
for the
Human Resources Unit in the 7th Judicial District Administrative Office . This role will serve in a highly confidential capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Advise employees and managers on the interpretation of human resources policies, programs, and procedures.
Update employee information in all HR software systems.
Assist with time management and leave request process.
Coordinate canvasses for vacancies within the Seventh Judicial District.
Distribute employment and NYS UCS exam announcements, as well as assist the public and employees with questions pertaining to each.
Update/maintain organizational charts and human resource files.
Act as a liaison with centralized HR Units.
Participate in and conduct training, onboarding of employees, career presentations for high school/college level groups.
Attend outreach events.
Participate in Human Resources projects as directed.
Some travel may be required.
Qualifications One year in the Court Analyst title; or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of relevant experience; or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preference will be given to candidates with 5+ years of HR experience.
