Job Description
The Business Analyst will engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translate needs into functional specifications, and support solution delivery within healthcare-focused initiatives, with strong expertise in Broker and Shopper workflows. Responsibilities
Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories. Provide domain expertise in Broker and Shopper workflows to guide solution design. Conduct impact analysis and identify gaps between current and future state processes. Collaborate with development, QA, and project teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly. Support User Acceptance Testing by preparing test scenarios and validating deliverables against requirements. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate requirements and project progress. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle. Experience
Minimum of eight years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Skills
Strong understanding of healthcare systems and processes. Functional expertise in Broker and Shopper domains. Proficiency with requirement gathering tools and documentation standards. Familiarity with system integration concepts and data flows. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in Agile environments and manage multiple priorities. Qualification And Education
Experience with healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA. Knowledge of insurance, benefits administration, or enrollment systems. Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
