FSA Insurance Agency is looking for charismatic and detail-oriented Home and Auto Insurance Agents to join our growing team! We offer salary, along with commission for every sale closed, along with additional bonus opportunities! NO CHARGE BACKS for MAPD sales! We are now also providing Medicare Supplements to our clients.
Base pay range $52,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Reports directly to the Sales Team Leads, who will train you closely in the first few weeks and be available thereafter for support and regular meetings to review sales accomplishments and challenges
Selling Property and Casualty Insurance via inbound leads (no cold calling at all ever!)
Stay productive by taking outbound leads throughout the day and making time for follow ups and callbacks
Maintain all compliance requirements of the sales call and follow recommendations from call audits
Qualifications
Excellent verbal skills
Organizational and time management skills
Motivated, ambitious and energetic
Basic computer knowledge
Sales experience preferred
