Ideal Candidate
Enjoys customer service and working with the public.
Has leasing experience, including solid understanding of Fair Housing.
Can demonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to customers' need by communicating features and benefits to close the sale.
Prior lease-up experience is a PLUS.
