Peak Management is looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Leasing Professional to join our team at our 300+ unit properties, Oxford Place & The Reserve, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public. Must have previous leasing experience, including solid understanding of Fair Housing. Must be able to demonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to customer's need by communicating features and benefits to close the sale. Responsibilities
Provide leasing services for 300+ unit properties at Oxford Place and The Reserve; assist prospective tenants and demonstrate community and apartment/model units.
Communicate features and benefits to customers and apply product knowledge to meet needs and close sales.
Offer exceptional customer service and engage with the public to drive interest and applications.
Requirements
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer, as well as standing and walking during property tours and meetings with potential tenants.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in various weather conditions.
