The Town of Prosper is currently seeking qualified and dedicated individual for the position of: Construction Superintendent Hiring Range: $73,004.04 - $83,954.65 Benefits : Retirement Benefits (TMRS), 2-to-1 Match Medical, Dental, and Vision. High School diploma or GED, and four (4) years construction management or land development experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred two (2) years’ experience in a lead or supervisory role. Must possess TEEX training in Work Zone Safety, Water, Sewer, Lime, Concrete, and Construction Inspection. Must possess a valid Texas Class C driver’s license. Must pass MVR check. Must pass pre-employment drug screening. Responsibilities
Under general supervision from the CIP Program Manager, assists in managing capital improvement projects administered by the Engineering Services Department; other tasks include project management, cost estimates, plan reviews, meeting with Town officials, consulting with engineers and conducting public meetings.
