Review and maintain corporate documents, e.g. subsidiary constituent documents and certificates, organizational charts and subsidiary information. Conduct basic legal and business research and prepare first drafts of form legal agreements such as corporate resolutions and minutes. Software administration and management of CSC entity management and CounselLink ebilling systems. Assist attorneys with matter creation, invoice processing and other tasks as assigned. Coordinate other relevant internal business functions such as financial reporting for legal invoicing and accruals. Handle a variety of requests for legal and entity information Other special projects aimed at reducing waste and creating/improving processes. Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of experience working as a paralegal or an administrative assistant Ability to exercise independent judgment while collaborating with business units Experience working with outside counsel and interacting with senior management Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to manage shifting priorities Ability to follow established procedures while identifying opportunities to improve processes Ability to balance priorities and manage timelines in support of legal transactions Commitment to maintaining ethical and professional standards Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree Paralegal certificate from an ABA‑approved program Valid Notary Public Commission in state of NC Experience working within a large public organization Experience working with international jurisdictions (Europe and APAC), law firms, and vendors strongly preferred This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the Company.
