Entry-level (No prior experience required) THIS ROLE REQUIRES NEAR NATIVE LEVEL JAPANESE, ONLY JAPANESE BILINGUALS WILL BE CONSIDERED Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate with the moving team in the preparation and movement of customer household goods. Maintain regular communication with customers via phone and email to ensure satisfaction. Provide bilingual (Japanese-English) communication and translation support. Establish and maintain professional relationships with drivers, customers, and internal teams. Ensure all shipment-related documentation is accurate and complete. Provide general business support and administrative assistance as assigned. Qualifications
Language:
Near-native level Japanese and fluent English required. Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Skills:
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Clear and effective communication with multilingual staff. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Patience and adaptability in complex or multi-step processes.
