role at
Bright Pathways ABA | Human-First Autism Care
About The Role For too long, autism care has been built around systems instead of people. Growth targets, waitlists, and billing volume have taken priority over the lived experience of families and clinicians. Bright Pathways ABA was created to challenge that reality. We are building a fundamentally different model of autism care — one that puts humanity, dignity, and long‑term sustainability at the center. Our goal is to change what people expect from autism care and to bring that vision into the real world.
As Community Partnerships Lead, you are one of the primary ambassadors of Bright Pathways in the community. You help introduce, explain, and stand behind a different way of thinking about autism care rooted in values, execution, and long‑term impact.
What You’ll Do
Develop long‑term relationships with pediatricians, schools, therapy providers, and community organizations
Engage decision‑makers in meaningful conversations about autism care, access, and outcomes
Build trust over time through consistency, professionalism, and follow‑through
Help referral partners understand and align with Bright Pathways’ human‑first model
Track outreach activity and referral outcomes to ensure momentum and accountability
Work closely with company leadership to refine strategy based on field feedback
Ownership & Accountability This role comes with real ownership. You are accountable for building strong, sustainable partnerships and for the families who ultimately begin services through those relationships. Success requires judgment, adaptability, and a willingness to take responsibility for outcomes.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in community outreach, partnerships, provider relations, or referral‑driven roles within healthcare
Proven ability to reach and engage decision‑makers such as pediatricians, clinicians, school leaders, practice managers, or therapy directors
Strong familiarity with autism services, ABA therapy, or a closely related field (highly preferred)
