Personal Lines – Billing Analyst I – The Cincinnati Insurance Companies – Cincinnati, OH (US-OH-Fairfield)

Pay & Benefits Pay range: $35,000‑$50,000 annually, plus annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on performance.
Benefits and Amenities: providing outstanding service, developing strong relationships with independent agents, and offering tools and training for professional growth.
Responsibilities
Offer analysis of system requirements and specification documentation.
Assist in the creation of test matrices and test cases.
Take an active role in user acceptance testing.
Execute scripted and ad‑hoc test requests that require considerable self‑direction, creativity, and system knowledge.
Assist internal and external system users via phone, email, and instant messaging.
Research system problems and issues.
Effectively communicate system workflows or processes to users.
Advocate for the agents’ workflow and business interests.
Identify and research trends and issues among users.
Qualifications
Technical knowledge/expertise in personal lines forms, coverages, practices, and processes.
Attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Teamwork and cooperation.
Initiative.
Strong decision making, logical thinking, and judgment skills.
Analytical skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate’s degree considered with prior personal lines/billing experience.
