As a Residential Therapist, you will work closely with the interdisciplinary treatment team to determine individualized care plans and ensure our patients have access to the best care possible.

Salary Starts at $74,200 annually for unlicensed and $79,900 annually for licensed therapists.
Requirements
Graduation from an accredited Master’s degree program in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a closely related field.
Graduation from a PhD or PsyD program in clinical psychology or counseling psychology also accepted.
Fully licensed or eligible or holds current candidacy license as LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist in the State of Montana, and actively working towards Montana licensure per the board of Behavioral Health requirements.
Preferred Experience
At least 2 years of prior experience working with children or adolescents.
