Leverage dashboards and reports to track digital adoption, engagement, and funnel conversion metrics Analyze OAO and lending funnels to identify opportunities for improving completion and conversion rates Support measurement of campaign ROI and collaborate with Marketing and Operations to translate insights into actionable recommendations Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, marketing, business, or related field 3-5 years of experience in digital analytics, performance marketing, or channel reporting Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI) and advanced Excel skills Familiarity with digital banking platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Alkami data, Google Analytics) Strong understanding of KPIs related to acquisition, activation, and retention
