Job Title: Physical Therapist - Good Samaritan Clinic Requisition Number: RE52547 | Department: H6271: Rehab Services | Work Location: Lexington, KY | Grade Level: 12 | Type of Position: Staff | Time Status: Full-Time | Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (occasional weekends/holidays) Salary Range: $75,795 – $111,634 per year Required Education: BS Required License/Registration/Certification: Physical Therapist (PT) Certification eligible Required Experience: No experience required. One to two years of oncology PT experience highly preferred. Physical Requirements: Regularly lift, push, or pull objects 50 lbs or more. Occasional prolonged computer use with repetitive motions. Risk of back injury from moving, lifting, or positioning patients, equipment, or materials. Exposure to blood borne and airborne pathogens. Occasional exposure to combative or violent people. Job Summary

The Physical Therapist will provide direct patient care and will assist the supervisor and senior leaders in program development while adhering to the policies and procedures of the University of Kentucky HealthCare Enterprise and in accordance with state and federal regulations. Additionally, this position will perform physical therapy evaluations and render physical therapy treatments following a physician’s order; treat patients with a variety of diagnoses; and perform appropriate documentation in the medical record.
