Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Mortgage Loan Officer with strong skills in conventional, government, and non-QM mortgage products. This is a remote position, with a focus on building and coaching a growing team within the Elite Live Transfer Division.
Responsibilities
Structure and package loan applications; serve as a go-to back-end resource for new Loan Officers.
Run pipelines, snag leads, build relationships, and coach team members on file structuring and approval processes.
Educate and mentor colleagues to improve loan file quality and closing outcomes.
Collaborate with leadership to support and scale the team across the Elite Live Transfer Division.
Qualifications
Experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer with proficiency in Conventional, Government (GOV), and Non-QM products.
DU/LP fluency and strong knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines.
Leadership ability and a track record of building or leading a team; strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and teaching skills; ability to train others and share best practices.
