About the Role We’re looking for a driven, experienced Loan Officer ready to lead a high‑performing team. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
Process and structure mortgage applications.
Leverage expertise in Conventional, Government, and Non‑QM products.
Manage dual underwriter/loan processor (DU/LP) workflows.
Apply deep knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines.
Build, educate, and support a team of 6 newly hired Loan Officers.
Provide guidance on file structuring and compliance.
Drive cross‑functional pipelines, lead generation, and relationship building.
Maintain a relentless work ethic and proactive coaching mindset.
Qualifications
Verified experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer with proven closing results.
Proficiency in DU/LP, Conv, Gov, Non‑QM, and related products.
Strong communication skills and a winning attitude.
Leadership experience building and guiding a team.
Ability to thrive in a high‑energy, 12‑15 hour per day, 7‑day work week.
Remote work capability.
