Generous commissions for new move‑ins and renewals (paid monthly)

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting features and amenities.
Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person visits.
Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective residents.
Process lease applications, conduct credit and background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
Coordinate move‑in and move‑out processes, including unit inspections and key exchanges.
Assist with resident retention efforts, including lease renewals and community events.
Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident interactions.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
1+ year experience in property management preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software OneSite and Real Page.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Note:
This position requires you to work weekends.
