The Opportunity

We are hiring a

VP

Sales / Business Development

to own revenue growth end-to-end. This is not a marketing role. This is not customer success. This is not sales support or farming. This is a

quota-carrying, hunter-led role

focused on selling a complex healthcare data solution to senior clinical, research, and executive stakeholders. You will: Own new business development across hospital systems, academic medical centers, enterprise healthcare organizations, pharma, CROs and other areas of healthcare needing to take charge of their data management. Run the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → technical validation → negotiation → close Engage directly with

physicians, CMIOs, research leaders, innovation heads, and healthcare executives Translate technical and clinical value into commercial outcomes (funding, efficiency, outcomes) Build and maintain a high-quality enterprise sales pipeline Work closely with the founding team on go-to-market strategy and deal positioning Be “the face” of the company, perfect messaging, get it done, and help build out the sales team, while remaining hands-on and customer engaged.

This is a

long-term leadership role

with clear expectations around ownership, performance, and impact, offering rewards above industry norms, stock options, and an attractive exit when the time is right. We’ve already turned down an acquisition offer.

personally closed complex B2B or healthcare deals Is comfortable pushing senior stakeholders toward decisions Operates independently without scripts, hand-holding, or micromanagement Communicates with clarity, authority, and confidence — verbally and in writing Presents an executive image in dress, demeanor, style, composure and gravitas

You should have: 5-10 years

in B2B sales or business development A

proven track record

of performance selling into

healthcare, life sciences, or enterprise health-tech Strong “hunter” instincts (deal creation → closing) Experience selling to

healthcare executives Comfort working fully remote with full accountability for results Effective using Zoom, Slack, Pipedrive and similar productivity enhancers Ability to attend at least 8 tradeshows per year, especially where we exhibit, which already include Scope, ViVE, HIMSS, ASCO, Bio-IT and RSNA in 2026
