Inside Sales Representative - Healthcare
Sales Focus, Inc., a global leader in sales outsourcing, is currently seeking dynamic and self‑motivated SDRs to join our highly successful inside sales team. For the past 25 years, Sales Focus has helped companies grow revenue with our S.O.L.D.TM process. You will be part of a team dedicated to developing new business and establishing long‑lasting relationships. We have opportunities across multiple industries and are looking for an experienced sales representative who can take warm leads and close deals.

Job Responsibilities
Perform all phases of the sales cycle: break through the gatekeeper, identify decision‑makers, qualify opportunities, overcome objections, prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales.
Demonstrate persuasive communication skills and a consultative sales style in a high outbound call volume environment.
Qualifications
Experience with B2B sales and cold calling.
Comfortable conducting virtual product demonstrations.
Experience meeting quotas and selling the value of our client’s services to executive decision‑makers.
Ability to multitask and manage concurrent selling situations.
Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
Ambitious, outgoing, self‑motivated, positive, organized, good listener, strategic thinker, and persuasive.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
Introductory and ongoing training will be provided.
