Construction Superintendent (K–12 & Higher Education Projects)
We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to lead ground‑up and renovation projects for K–12 and higher‑education facilities in the San Antonio market. This hands‑on field leader will ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all daily on‑site construction activities for education projects
Oversee subcontractors, site logistics, inspections, and safety compliance
Review plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure work aligns with project objectives
Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation
Coordinate closely with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and owners
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Qualifications
5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
Proven experience with K–12 or higher‑education construction projects
Strong understanding of scheduling, inspections, and site safety practices
Ability to lead subcontractors and manage complex field operations
Proficient in reading construction drawings and managing daily workflows
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
