Maintain your Customer Satisfaction Scores at or above the district goal Receiving in customers and their automobiles in the most effective and timely manner Constant communication with your service technicians Calling customers with diagnostic results and recommendations from your technicians Selling the recommendations from your technicians Communicate authorized recommendations to your technicians with a “promise time” for completion of work Prompt call to customers when vehicle is washed and ready Notify your customer if there are any delays to the “promise time” and why; before the “promised time” for pick up Close all repair orders and review with customers as they pick up their automobiles Qualifications
3+ years of Service (Writer) experience preferred High school diploma/GED preferred Competent level of computer literacy Substantial time management technique General understanding of automotive maintenance Maintain an energetic, positive, and respectful attitude with everyone Valid driver’s license with a driving record that allows you to drive customers and company vehicles.
