Overview
Billing Specialist in Eighty Four, PA. Immediate opportunity to support both the accounting and payroll team within a growing organization committed to being a preferred provider for traffic control, flagging, environmental containment, and construction. Responsibilities
Process AR/AP for all divisions; ensure timely payments from customers and timely payments to vendors. Generate customer invoices and upload to customer portals as required. Ensure customers are billed correctly according to contracts. Credit and collection support activities including email and phone communications with customers. Track and manage job sheets/daily field tickets to ensure timely billing. Assist with time collection issues to ensure payroll processing and invoicing with minimal errors. Help institute controls to confirm and track data supporting continuity and accurate accounting records. Collaborate with departments to assist with preparation and processing of company payroll with high attention to detail. Maintain excellent organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Demonstrate good people skills and a positive team attitude; be willing to work hard. Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an accounting and/or billing function with previous payroll processing experience. Knowledge of invoicing processes for the oil & gas industry and/or transportation is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (NO DUI’s or excessive points). Ability to pass a standard criminal background check, work verification check, drug screen, and fit-for-duty physical. Job Details
