Escrow Officer

The Escrow Officer provides onsite support to the Commercial Escrow Department by assisting with customer service and administrative functions related to escrow closings. This role supports large commercial transactions while also handling complex residential escrow processes, including document preparation, title clearance, and closing support. The position may also assist with business development efforts and provide work direction to escrow support staff. Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $25.00/hr Responsibilities

Provide support to the Commercial Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings. Assist Escrow Offices with business development and customer service. Prepare documents for all types of residential transactions, such as wraps, assignments, mobile homes, and work up simple closing statements. May provide work direction to other escrow support staff. Skills

Detail orientation Strong organizational skills 2-3 years' experience as an Escrow Assistant. Needs proficiency in more complicated residential transactions. Seniority level
