Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Escrow Officer Assistant opportunities in San Antonio, TX. Provide support to Commercial Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings. Except escrow process is managed for large Commercial transactions Assists in clearing title and prepares residential escrow files for closing. Assists Escrow Offices with business development and customer service. Prepares documents of all types of residential transactions, such as wraps, assignments, mobile homes, and works up simple closing statements. Position Overview Provide support to the Commercial Escrow Department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings. This role is similar to Residential Escrow support but focuses on managing large commercial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in clearing title and prepare escrow files for closing.
Support Escrow Officers with business development and customer service activities.
Prepare documents for various transaction types, including wraps, assignments, mobile homes, and simple closing statements.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all documentation and processes.
May provide work direction to other escrow support staff as needed.
Requirements
2–3 years as an Escrow Assistant, with proficiency in complex residential transactions.
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent verbal communication
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Problem-solving ability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay Details $25.00 per hour
