Escrow Officer Assistant
(3+ month contract, onsite – San Antonio, TX) – Solugenix is assisting a leading financial services company in hiring an experienced Escrow Officer Assistant.
Qualifications
2‑3 years’ experience as an Escrow Assistant
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in complex residential transactions
Responsibilities
Support the Commercial Escrow department with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings
Handle large commercial transactions while applying processes used for residential escrow
Clear title and prepare residential escrow files for closing
Assist Escrow Offices with business development and customer service initiatives
Prepare documents for varied residential transactions (wraps, assignments, mobile homes) and produce simple closing statements
Provide guidance to other escrow support staff as needed
Pay Range (CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, DC) : $25 per hour (starting rate may vary by location, education, training, and experience).
Solugenix will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history under the California Fair Chance Act and Ordinance. Applicants do not need to disclose criminal history or undergo a background check until a conditional job offer is made.
