You will be a talent partner across a variety of key pipelines, from Marketing and Finance to high-volume Operations roles. This role requires critical thinking, grit, and the ability to pivot quickly in a constantly evolving landscape. You will also be the core point of contact for key internal stakeholders. Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting process for the business organization, ensuring a seamless, positive candidate experience
Create a scalable process that meets the needs of a growing company
Partner with internal clients to develop sourcing strategy for current and future needs
Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of venues
Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking and research
Conduct regular business partner meetings to educate on recruiting best practices, market data, including execution of recruiting processes and tools
Work with Lyft hiring managers to understand positions and team needs
Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders, coordinating with legal, compensation/benefits, immigration, etc.
Build diverse and inclusive teams
Experience / Qualifications
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record of managing 10-15+ active requisitions simultaneously across different functional areas (preferably Marketing, Finance, and/or Operations)
Experience in a hyper-growth or scale-up environment with shifting priorities and hiring profiles
Strong operational excellence and comfort in managing pipeline data to tell a story to stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to move from kick-off to offer quickly while maintaining diversity and quality of hire
Expertise in creative sourcing beyond LinkedIn (e.g., niche communities, diversity-focused platforms)
A self-directed operator capable of managing high-volume pipelines with minimal oversight, while supporting peers and sharing wins and learnings across the Global Recruiting team
Fluency in French is a plus for global operations, particularly in Montreal

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule following the establishment of a Lyft office in Nashville. Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.
Compensation The expected base pay range for this position in the Nashville area is $72,160 - $90,200, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits. Salary ranges depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Your recruiter can share more information during the hiring process.
