We’re looking for an
Email Marketing Manager
who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to turn data, segmentation, and compelling messaging into measurable growth. In this role, you’ll drive the strategy and execution of promotional email campaigns, lifecycle journeys, and CRM-powered nurturing programs that help small business owners discover the funding they need. You’ll work in an autonomous environment to build campaigns and messaging flows that directly impact how thousands of business owners experience our brand and move through their funding journey. The right person for this role will be highly analytical, curious by nature, and enjoy testing and learning. What You’ll Do
Build, launch, and optimize promotional email campaigns that drive qualified leads and conversions. Work closely with engineering to manage CRM audience segmentation, data hygiene, and targeting strategies to ensure accurate and effective outreach. Develop automated lifecycle workflows and nurturing sequences tailored to customer behavior, funnel stage, and financial needs. Find opportunities for new product promotions and cross-sell opportunities and work closely with the partnership team to execute. Conduct A/B tests for subject lines, creative, personalization, sending cadence, and CTAs to improve email performance. Ideate and create email templates, owning the copy and design and tailoring it to what works best for the audience. Ensure all campaigns follow CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and financial-industry compliance standards. Maintain deliverability best practices, understand how to warm-up IPs and setup new sending domains. What We’re Looking For
3-8+ years experience in email marketing, CRM or lifecycle marketing. Hands‑on experience building and deploying email campaigns and automated workflows. Must have managed a large email program that delivered $10M+ annually. Strong understanding of segmentation, deliverability, and database management. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast‑paced, data-driven environment. Nice to Have
Hands‑on experience with Klaviyo. Experience in fintech, lending, or financial data systems. HTML/CSS experience for email templating. Experience with multi-channel and multi-product customer journeys. Why Join Us
