Product Sales Specialist
based in Germany, you will focus on growing order volume, managing customer accounts, supporting sales activities, coordinating product installations, and assisting with clinical evaluations. You should have a background in medical physics, engineering, or radiation therapy, along with strong communication skills in German and English. This is a home‑office‑based role with travel requirements of up to approximately 35%.
Responsibilities
Drive order growth by promoting and selling the company’s medical technology portfolio
Develop and manage customer accounts, from initial lead generation through deal closure
Participate in pre‑sales activities such as congresses, demonstrations, and product presentations
Coordinate and follow up on installation processes, including acceptance testing and training
Ensure high customer satisfaction for all completed installations
Travel up to ~35%, primarily within the DACH region and other selected European territories
Support clinical studies and trials related to the company’s solutions
Contribute to tender processes
Conduct field demonstrations of products
Assist with diverse sales and marketing initiatives and generate new leads
Operate from a home office; onboarding and training will take place at the employer’s headquarters (location withheld)
Preferred Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in medical physics, engineering, or a related field
Experience as a medical physicist in radiation therapy
or
at least 5 years of sales experience in radiation therapy
Strong analytical, organizational, and time‑management skills
Excellent presentation skills in both German and English
Customer‑focused and results‑oriented mindset
Strong autonomy, curiosity, and willingness to learn
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams
Solid understanding of radiation therapy workflows
Strong listening and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently from a home‑office setup
