We provide modern, evidence-based therapy for teenagers, young adults, and families through immersive virtual spaces and a clinician-supervised AI mental health companion. Our platform supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and relationship challenges, making care more accessible, engaging, and human. Role Description
Plutonic is seeking a Sales & Marketing Lead to drive growth through partnerships, referrals, and community engagement. This role is highly hands-on and outward-facing, focused on building relationships with schools, pediatric practices, healthcare providers, and community organizations. You will represent Plutonic at trade shows, school events, and community fairs, pitch our virtual therapy platform and AI mental health companion, and help build scalable referral pipelines. This is an ideal role for someone who is energized by people, mission-driven work, and early-stage growth. This is a contract, hybrid role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for remote work. Key Responsibilities
Build and manage referral relationships with school counselors, pediatricians, primary care providers, and community partners Represent Plutonic at trade shows, conferences, and local events Set up, staff, and pitch at school fairs, district events, and community booths Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and in-person meetings Pitch Plutonic’s virtual therapy services and AI mental health companion app to institutional partners Develop and refine outreach materials, talking points, and presentations Track outreach activity, referrals, and partnership pipeline progress Collaborate directly with leadership to refine messaging and go-to-market strategy Support follow-up campaigns and light digital marketing tied to referral growth Qualifications
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Comfort pitching services or products in person and one-on-one Interest in sales, marketing, partnerships, or community engagement within healthcare or education Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently Familiarity with mental health, digital health, schools, or healthcare systems is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field preferred Startup health tech or early-stage tech company experience is a plus Part time 1099 commitment. Compensation around $2,500-$3,500 cash per month + commission. Company stock options available. Passion for helping people!
