As an Area Sales Manager, Kyocera, you will be responsible for the sale of all Kyocera products offered to the Kyocera Dealers in their assigned territory. Responsible for achieving the sales budget of Kyocera office equipment, supplies and solutions through the development and support of the existing dealers, as well as new dealer additions.

Responsibilities
Achieve quotas as assigned, including sales quota, dealer recruitment quota and new dealer development.
Support the ongoing need to maintain proper dealer sales manpower levels with recruiting and training.
Hold dealer meetings to educate, train and launch new products and programs.
Complete all recommended training courses offered by Kyocera.
Support the dealers in marketing to local major accounts with field calls and bid preparation.
Act as a liaison between Kyocera and the Dealer.
Submit weekly, monthly, and special reports as required via computer.
Assure dealers compliance with terms of the Kyocera Dealer Agreements.
Monitor dealer equipment inventory levels and inspect supply and parts to assure only Kyocera products are used.
Develop strategies within assigned territory to maximize coverage and distribution, including signing new dealerships.
Build relationships with potential new customers and maintain current clients, requiring at least 70% of time in the field.
Qualifications
Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
Valid driver’s license required.
Employee must self-relocate; territory Michigan/Indiana Region.

Preferred
Bachelor’s degree.
Dealer or direct manufacturing experience within the office product industry.
