Light Truck Driver
Norman Keil Nurseries is hiring Light Truck Drivers for seasonal H‑2A positions from 3/9/2026 to 7/15/2026.
Responsibilities
Load crops such as annuals, bulbs, and perennials onto box trucks.
Operate farm machinery to plant and cultivate flowers.
Tow trailers and transport products to market, storage facilities, and greenhouse interiors.
Move goods within a 50‑mile radius between farms belonging to the nursery group.
Unload flowers and plants at stores, markets, and storage sites.
Requirements
Minimum 3 months experience in a similar role.
Driver’s license obtained within 30 days of hire.
Pass a drug test and a criminal background check (employer expense).
Ability to work in extreme temperatures.
Frequent stooping, bending, and frequent sitting.
Lift up to 50 lbs.
