Connection Builder: Serve as the first point of contact, creating a positive and welcoming environment. Engage with customers, listen attentively to their needs, and guide them to the right products and services. Store Expert: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying current with trends in the telecommunications/mobile industry. Educate customers and recommend the best solutions for their specific needs. Problem Solver: Assist customers with billing and service questions, process payments and exchanges efficiently, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Brand Ambassador: Embody the Optimum brand—demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm in all interactions and reflect positively on our company values. Team Builder: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure an exceptional customer experience, share knowledge, assist with complex inquiries, and support a collaborative team environment. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year of retail selling experience. Effective communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. Self‑motivated and capable of working independently. Proficient computer and technical skills. For some locations, ability to travel to other stores within 35 miles (discussed during interview). Physical Abilities: Standing for prolonged periods; potential to lift up to 25 pounds. Full‑time availability and weekend work as needed. Bi‑lingual (Spanish) preferred.
