Job Description Outreach Case Manager
- Make a Difference in Downtown LA!
About the Role:
Step into the heart of downtown LA and be a positive force for change! As the
Outreach Case Manager , you'll connect with individuals experiencing homelessness and help them access vital services and resources, all while working alongside a supportive team.
What You'll Do:
Hit the streets (in pairs!) to engage with people in public spaces like bus stops, train stations, and shopping centers.
Offer a helping hand with essentials like getting IDs and connecting to social services.
Make a real impact by documenting your outreach and celebrating small wins every day.
What We're Looking For:
1 year experience working with vulnerable population (volunteer experience counts!)
Passion for helping others and comfort working with people facing disabilities or mental health challenges.
Experience with HMIS is a plus, but we welcome those eager to learn.
Must have a valid driver license.
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Pay Details:
$23.00 to $26.00 per hour
