Community Associate – Regus
Location: Two CityPlace Drive, 2nd Floor, 63141 St. Louis. Meet the evolving world of work with short commutes, flexibility and convenience as core values. IWG boasts the world’s largest workspace network, spanning over 120 countries, empowering customers to work from wherever they want.
Opportunity As a Community Associate you’ll serve both new and existing customers across many industries. A Typical Day at IWG You arrive before opening to ensure everything is ready, then welcome morning arrivals, resolve Wi‑Fi and package requests, set‑up meeting rooms and assist with IT needs. Throughout the day you manage multiple customers, confirm service charges, handle paperwork, and coordinate networking events with the Community Manager. Breaks provide brief downtime, and you wrap up the day by tidying spaces and arranging tomorrow’s agenda.
