Job Purpose Support business development and marketing efforts by creating high‑quality graphic design assets for proposals, presentations, and corporate marketing initiatives. This role also supports hands‑on marketing operations including inventory management, organization, and distribution of branded promotional materials.

Roles, Duties and Responsibilities

Design, produce, and maintain professional graphics and layouts for Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), RFQs, RFPs, presentations, brochures, advertisements, signage, and digital content.

Collaborate with marketing, business development, and project teams to support proposal development, interview preparation, and marketing initiatives while meeting strict deadlines.

Develop and maintain brand‑compliant templates, visual standards, and design assets to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.

Create custom graphics, charts, infographics, and visual content that clearly communicate technical and marketing information.

Prepare print‑ and digital‑ready files, ensuring quality control, accuracy, and adherence to branding standards.

Organize, maintain, and update photo libraries, graphic assets, templates, and marketing databases.

Support marketing campaigns, internal communications, trade shows, conferences, and company events with graphic and logistical support.

Maintain inventory of marketing materials, promotional items, trade show supplies; track usage and coordinate reorders as needed.

Organize storage areas and assist with packing, transporting, setup, and breakdown of promotional materials for events and job sites.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, including printers and specialty suppliers, to complete projects efficiently.

Perform additional related duties as assigned to support department goals and business objectives.

Work Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or a related field preferred.

2–5 years of professional graphic design experience preferred; A/E/C industry experience is a plus.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) required.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Experience with Canva, Prezi, or similar tools is a plus.

Basic video editing or motion graphics experience is a plus.

Skills and Competencies

Strong graphic design skills, work ethic, consistency, flexibility, and reliability.

Advanced computer/technical skills in word processing, graphic design, and communication formats.

Strong conceptual, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities. Independent thinker with a pro‑active attitude.

Ability to incorporate corporate message and research into clear, accurate proposals and presentations.

Desktop publishing skills with ability to express ideas persuasively, both written and verbal.

Solid people skills and team‑first attitude; nurturing positive relationships with vendors, consultants, and staff.

Meticulous, thorough, detail‑oriented approach to work.

Deadline‑oriented with excellent time‑management skills; can manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Understanding of branding and capability in social media marketing and website administration.

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, such as file management and office terminology.

Accept constructive criticism and adhere to revision requests as needed.
