Drive Carrier Loyalty:

Manage carrier performance from pickup to delivery, ensuring high service levels and customer satisfaction.

Use our Transportation Management System (TMS) and digital tools to track loads, manage pricing, and streamline communication.
Keep It Clean:
Ensure accuracy in pricing, invoicing, and carrier payments while maintaining compliance and documentation.

What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in carrier sales, freight brokerage, or logistics.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills—you know how to close and how to build trust.
A confident communicator with the resilience to thrive in a competitive, high‑pressure setting.
Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a drive for results.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with TMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and logistics technologies.
