Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in sales and sales management
Experience in training and mentoring others is a plus
Goal‑oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Prior experience in the insurance industry is a bonus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
