Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Wayne, NJ for a Style Consultant. The Style Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting clothing and accessories, providing expert fashion advice, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product inventory and trends. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment. The Style Consultant will collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of product offerings and expertise in fashion consulting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience with a focus on providing personalized assistance
Proficiency in sales techniques, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Passion for fashion and style, with an eye for detail and trends
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment
High school diploma or GED equivalent required; additional training in fashion or retail is a plus
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
