This is a full-time, on-site position in Port Washington, NY, for a Northeast Regional Sales Manager. The role involves overseeing and driving sales within the assigned region, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and developing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing sales teams, providing guidance to optimize performance, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Regularly analyzing market trends and providing insights will also be integral to this position. Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management and business development Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships Leadership abilities with experience in team management and performance optimization Plumbing industry experience at the manufacturer, representative, or wholesaler level. Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret market trends and drive sales strategies Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and support regional sales efforts
