Inside Sales Account Executive (Austin, TX & Tempe, AZ)
Weld North Education (now Imagine Learning) is actively hiring for an Inside Sales Account Executive role. No prior sales experience required; experience in K‑12 education or SaaS sales is highly preferred.

Role Overview As an Inside Sales Account Executive you will manage new business opportunities and an assigned account book of business. You will understand state and school funding, district performance, and growth within your territory.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new accounts, penetrate target accounts and drive sales in key territories.
Use telephone and email as primary communication tools, articulating solutions and closing sales opportunities.
Cold‑call prospects and identify decision makers.
Own and manage the full sales cycle.
Make at least 25 outbound calls and 25 emails daily.
Accurately record activity in Salesforce.
Collaborate with Marketing on outbound campaigns.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration or related field, or 3+ years B2B sales experience.
Teaching, school administration, SaaS/PaaS or software sales experience preferred.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and landing new SaaS business.
Experience selling into the K‑12 education market preferred.
Lead generation, account management and customer problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work in an open sales office environment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, organizational and analytical skills.
Self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook); NetSuite experience a plus.
Compensation Base pay: $25.75 per hour. Eligible for a sales quota and commission plan that can bring total earnings to approximately $80,000-$100,000 per year for quota‑meeting or exceeding performers. Compensation may vary by skills, experience, location and market conditions.
Location & Schedule Hybrid work: office Tuesday‑Thursday in either Tempe, AZ (HQ) or Austin, TX, with the option to work remotely the remaining days. On‑site days may adjust based on business needs.
