Account Executive – DACH Region
– Travel Tech company – Fully Remote
Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for travel technology? We’re looking for an experienced and driven Account Executive to help grow our presence in the DACH market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global travel tech business that offers a variety of tech solutions to the travel industry partners worldwide.
About the Role As an Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from initial outreach through to closing deals. Working closely with SDRs and the Customer Success team, you’ll build meaningful relationships, develop tailored solutions, and drive revenue across both markets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full B2B sales cycle with a consultative, solution‑based approach
Collaborate with SDRs to qualify leads and maintain a strong pipeline
Deliver accurate sales forecasts and meet quarterly revenue targets
Build trust‑based relationships with prospects and clients
Present value‑driven proposals and engaging product demos (virtual & in‑person)
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity in the DACH Market
Align with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to ensure a seamless client experience
Skills & Experience
Experience in B2B sales within travel or travel tech businesses
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Fluency in English and German
Strong consultative selling and relationship‑building skills
Tech‑savvy, with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Self‑starter with excellent organisational and communication skills
Benefits
Salary range of €60,000 – €65,000 per year
25 days holidays
Fully remote position with the ability to travel to meet clients and industry events
