The Role TRYBE Spirits is looking for a driven, high‑energy Regional Sales Manager based in Phoenix, AZ who is hungry to build something from the ground up. This is a boots‑on‑the‑ground role focused on opening new on‑premise and off‑premise accounts, building relationships, and growing TRYBE’s presence across the market.

You will be the face of the brand in your territory, working closely with distributors, retail buyers, and on‑premise decision makers to get TRYBE on shelves, back bars, and menus. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, loves being in accounts, and wants real ownership over their market.

What You’ll Do

Open new on premise and off premise accounts including bars, restaurants, liquor stores, and key retail chains

Build and manage strong relationships with distributor sales teams and key accounts

Execute market level sales plans and hit volume and distribution goals

Lead tastings, ride‑withs, events, and promotions to drive trial and pull through

Represent the TRYBE brand with confidence, energy, and premium execution

Track performance, identify opportunities, and adjust strategy based on market data

Travel regularly within the territory to support accounts and distributor partners

Who You Are

Motivated, and competitive with a strong desire to win in the field

Comfortable cold calling, opening doors, and hearing no until it turns into yes

Strong communicator who can sell to bartenders, buyers, and distributor reps alike

Organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage a territory independently

Analytical enough to understand numbers but hands on enough to live in accounts

Passionate about spirits, nightlife, hospitality, and building brands

Qualifications

Sales and account management experience, preferably in beverage, hospitality, or consumer goods

Understanding of on premise and off premise sales channels

Experience working with distributors is a plus

Spirits or beverage alcohol experience preferred but not required for the right hustler

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
