Booth Me Up LV is a Las Vegas-based, industry-leading photo booth and experiential activation agency known for delivering high-impact, unforgettable experiences for corporate, brand, and luxury events. Our work has been featured on ABC, FOX, CBS, and NBC, and our offerings include GlamBot, 360 Video Booths, AI Photo Experiences, VideoFX, custom fabrications, and premium trading card activations.

Position Overview We are seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Sales & Marketing professional who understands the Las Vegas event ecosystem and can confidently pitch premium experiential services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on networking, builds trust quickly, and can take ownership of the full sales cycle. You should be comfortable walking into venues, meeting planners and brand teams, and turning conversations into signed contracts. This is not an entry-level role and not an administrative position.

What You’ll Do

Pitch and sell the full Booth Me Up LV service portfolio (experiential activations, photo/video experiences, custom builds)

Build and maintain relationships with venues, planners, brands, and corporate clients throughout Las Vegas

Source and qualify new opportunities through outreach, networking, and partnerships

Manage the sales process from initial contact through signed contract

Create and present polished client decks and proposals (Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Slides)

Represent Booth Me Up LV at meetings, site visits, and industry events

Collaborate with creative and operations teams to bring client visions to life

What We’re Looking For

Strong familiarity with the Las Vegas events, hospitality, nightlife, or corporate landscape

Confident, professional communicator with strong relationship-building skills

Proven experience in sales or marketing (events, experiential, hospitality, or luxury services preferred)

Ability to create clean, visually compelling presentation decks

Strong eye for branding and presentation quality

Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working with autonomy

Comfortable with outreach, follow‑ups, and closing conversations

Bonus If You Have

Existing Las Vegas industry relationships

Experience selling experiential marketing or live events

Comfort negotiating contracts and closing high‑value deals

Background in luxury, hospitality, sponsorships, or high-ticket sales

Compensation & Performance This role offers a performance-based compensation structure with a guaranteed minimum. You will earn the greater of

US$1,600 per month

or

5% commission on closed, paid contracts , provided defined activity and participation expectations are met.

Supports up to 20 hours per week

Commission is uncapped

Typical deals range from US$5,000 to US$30,000+, with opportunities exceeding US$100,000+

This role is designed for professionals who value accountability, autonomy, and upside.

Performance Expectations (Non‑Negotiable)

Ongoing outbound outreach and relationship development

Active pipeline management and follow‑through

Accurate tracking of sales activity and progress

Participation in required meetings, site visits, or events

Professional representation of the Booth Me Up LV brand

Time logged must be tied to revenue-generating activities. Passive or administrative work alone does not qualify.

Commission is earned on deals where you take ownership of the sales cycle, including lead qualification, client communication, proposal coordination, and contract execution. Partial involvement may result in adjusted compensation.

30‑Day Performance Trial This role begins with a focused 30‑day performance trial to evaluate fit, communication style, and closing ability. Candidates who demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and results will continue in the role with long‑term earning potential.
