Overview Join Regus as a Community Associate to support customers and build community within the center.
You’ll manage customer service, administration, event planning & support, ensuring a smooth experience for tenants.
Key Responsibilities
Assist new and existing customers with inquiries and support (Wi‑Fi code changes, package delivery, meeting room setup, projector use, coffee recommendations).
Ensure all services are properly charged and invoices accurate.
Handle mail and hardware requests such as printing, office supply procurement.
Maintain a clean and welcoming center environment (prepare before opening, address issues promptly).
Collaborate with the Community Manager to plan networking events, create e‑invites, print posters, and promote memberships.
Communicate proactively with customers via email, phone, and in‑person to resolve problems.
Support daily operations throughout opening, afternoon peak, and morning closing.
About You
Good communicator, capable of building strong relationships and empathizing with customers (minimum 1 year customer‑service experience).
Proactive problem‑solver who takes ownership and finds solutions.
Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to fast‑changing situations.
Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18 years old.
What We Offer
Competitive total compensation salary range ($75,000.00‑$90,000.00).
