With acclaimed locations in Nantucket, Boston, Palm Beach, and Naples — and upcoming openings in Aspen, Newport, Charleston, Winter Park, Miami, and Dallas — LoLa 41 continues its rapid expansion. Our name, “LoLa,” stands for Longitude-Latitude, reflecting our menu’s curated journey through flavors from Japan, Portugal, Spain, and beyond. Our restaurants are known for refined ambiance, innovative sushi, Asian specialties, and exceptional hospitality.
About The Role The Line Cook is responsible for cooking and preparing menu items as requested by customers, stocking and maintaining food prep stations, and keeping a clean, organized workspace during and after service. This role is essential to delivering the high-quality, globally inspired dishes LoLa 41 is known for, in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and cook menu items to LoLa 41’s exacting standards
Stock and maintain all food preparation stations
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization during and after service
Follow health, safety, and HACCP standards
Assist in high-volume production while maintaining consistency and quality
Support the BOH team and promote a positive, professional kitchen culture
Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
Ability and stamina to lift and carry heavy items routinely
Commitment to work 5–6 days per week
Flexibility and adaptability in scheduling
Knowledge of food prep, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety protocols
Culinary Degree Or Equivalent Experience Preferred
High-volume production and cost control experience is a plus
