Position Outside Sales Representative
Location Hybrid — Must be local to one of the following Colorado metro areas: Arvada, Denver, Fort Collins, Littleton, Westminster, Golden, Lakewood, Broomfield, Morrison, Thornton. Daily in‑office check‑in with fieldwork throughout the region.
Employment Type W-2 | Full‑Time | Base Salary + Commission
Role Overview As an Outside Sales Representative, you will meet homeowners affected by storm damage, conduct property inspections, guide clients through the insurance claims process, and manage projects through completion. You’ll knock doors in hail‑impacted neighborhoods, build a strong pipeline, and deliver high‑quality service with the full backing of our production, finance, and administrative teams.
You’ll Be Responsible For
Canvassing residential neighborhoods to generate leads daily
Inspecting roofs, interiors, and exteriors to identify storm‑related damage
Educating homeowners on the insurance claim and restoration process
Meeting with insurance adjusters and building accurate scopes of work
Managing projects from initial inspection through final completion
Networking with local professionals to expand your referral base
Using Salesforce to track activity, notes, and customer communication
Maintaining strong client relationships and providing exceptional service
Qualifications & Requirements Required
Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Physical ability to walk roofs and lift 50+ pounds
Comfort with door‑to‑door prospecting and field sales
Ability to travel for projects when needed (room & board covered)
Willingness to work 50+ hours per week during peak seasons
Preferred
Construction, roofing, or storm restoration experience
Prior experience in outside sales or customer‑facing roles
Ability to read insurance or construction documents
Strong time management and resilience in high‑activity environments
Compensation
$75K average first‑year earnings
(Base Salary + Commission)
Long‑term earning potential:
$80K–$90K average , with top performers earning
$160K–$180K+
