Compensation $70,000-$90,000 base + annual performance bonus + full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, life & disability insurance)
What You'll Do
Manage and advise a portfolio of small business, partnership, and individual clients
Prepare and review federal and state tax returns (individual, partnership, and corporate)
Deliver thoughtful, proactive tax planning throughout the year
Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for clients
Collaborate closely with a supportive team that celebrates shared success

3+ years of public accounting or tax experience (CPA or EA preferred)
Strong background in preparing and reviewing business and individual returns
