Base Pay Range $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Prepare and file federal and state income tax returns for individuals and businesses

Review financial records to determine tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws

Advise clients on tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize deductions

Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations affecting clients' tax situations

Provide excellent client service by answering queries and addressing concerns promptly

Requirements

A valid CPA license or EA certification is preferred

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in tax preparation and consultation

Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations and compliance

Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail

Proficient in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex tax issues clearly to clients
