Remote Engagement (Inside Sales) Supervisor – EST/CST

Location: Houston, TX Salary: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 Employment type: Full‑time
Responsibilities
Ensure effective communication with clients.
Plan, organize, and monitor contract deliverables to meet annual contract KPIs and requirements.
Lead a team of Remote Engagement Specialists, providing clear objectives, coaching, and performance feedback.
Monitor specialist productivity, workload, and outputs; enforce compliance with policies and correct deviations.
Assist in creating and delivering development plans and performance appraisals per company policies.
Foster a team‑oriented, positive work environment through mentorship and team meetings.
Ensure employee compliance with corporate policies; coordinate with Compliance and HR on disciplinary actions.
Manage conflict and employee relations; engage Human Resources as appropriate.
Oversee administrative tasks: attendance records, time‑off approvals, schedules, and expense reports.
Collaborate with the Program Director to observe calls and provide constructive feedback.
Support metric and sales reporting on a regular basis.
Assist with hiring and selection for backfills and new positions.
Facilitate new product, sales, compliance, and company training for new employees.
Guide team usage of technology: CRM, call reports, sales reports, and other tools.
Ensure compliance with state/federal employment laws and company procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Supervisory experience or active remote engagement experience ready for a supervisory role.
2+ years of remote engagement or related experience.
Experience in aesthetics, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry (desired).
Willingness to cover all time zones as needed.
Successful completion of all Amplity and client‑required training.
Travel approximately 20%+ or as needed for client meetings and training.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
