Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, demonstrate and facilitate the quote and qualification processes.
Coordinate with outside sales representatives.
Track specific account and sales goals using a CRM system.
Deliver and properly load/unload product.
Utilize route planning and GPS data to analyze and develop performance improvement plans on existing and new routes.
Manage multiple sales leads and opportunities simultaneously.
Establish and grow value‑added consultative relationships with customers.
Develop strong positive relationships with outside sales representatives and other employees.
Deliver product on time efficiently with strategic driving skills and map/ address orientation.
Report safety issues to supervisor and keep the sales truck clean inside and out.
Recognize sales opportunities and follow up promptly.
Manage and maintain a customer’s stock.
Qualify accounts and begin to develop the customer relationship.
Promote all aspects of the dealership by promoting sales, parts, service, rental, and Customer Support Agreements for all products and services represented by the dealership.
Perform simple needs analysis to determine individual customer needs and provide solutions to fit those needs.
Communicate effectively about various dealer products and services.
Maintain an active DOT Medical Card and keep the truck’s annual DOT inspection up to date.
Maintain daily truck logs and inspections.
Use multiple programs and systems simultaneously such as SalesLink DBS, SIS, Dealer.cat.com, Vision Link, SIMSi, etc.
Complete any other duties assigned by manager.
Pay $60,670.86 – $83,425.94 Annually (pay rate is dependent upon education & experience).

Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED.
College Degree in any discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years in outbound phone sales (preferred).
3+ years administrative/clerical experience.
3+ years customer service experience.
3+ years sales experience.

DOT Medical Card.
Physical Demands & Competencies
Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing.
Squatting/Kneeling.
Ascend/descend ladders, stairs, etc.
Lift or move objects up to 50 pounds.
Data entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills.
Safety & product knowledge.
Decision making.
Planning and prioritizing.
Ability to inspire and support others.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint; intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Travel Requirements
50–75%.
