Key Responsibilities Researches, connects, and resubmits rejected claims within 5 days Reconciles Vendor Accounts Maintains accurate filing system or parts to be shipped back to factory or distributor, or to be scrapped. Builds productive working relationships; consults with others as necessary. Maintain positive, professional working relationships in all situations with department employees. analyzes problems, identifies trends, and develops strategies to maximize claim process. Completes reports as established by dealership Applies information found in manuals publications, bulletins, and other documents. Maintains an organized and professional environment. provides technical information and assistance to employees as needed. Verifies history of vehicles prior to claim submission to audit mileage, in service date, and past repair history. Qualifications
Proficiency in Excel, including basic formulas & V LOOKUP. Strong attention to detail, integrity and work ethic. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with peers and customers. Experience with automotive software (Reynolds and Reynolds or ADP) is a plus. What We Offer
